Students may borrow up to the cost-of-attendance budget less any financial aid, e.g., fellowships or scholarships. Information about student loan programs is available through Student Financial Services (SFS), the public service FinAid website or the External Funding Sources section of the MBA website.
You should plan for increases in tuition and fees for each year of enrollment. However, Pre-Term costs apply only to the first year of the program.
If you are married and/or have dependents, you may face higher costs. The average living expense increase for students with partners and/or dependents is 30% above the standard living expense budget. Health insurance coverage for partners and dependents is not included in the student budget. Please visit the Student Health Services website for an estimated cost of health insurance coverage for your family.
Students with extenuating circumstances can also request a budget reevaluation to borrow funds above the set student budget once the fall semester has started. Budget increases can only be approved for purpose and amounts that fall within guidlines set by the University and federal law.
Please Note: International students planning to borrow through the International Loan Program with Quorum Federal Credit Union will be limited to borrowing up to 80% of the MBA Student Budget for the first and second year of the program.
