New Knowledge@Wharton Transforms User Experience
Award Winning Business School Journal Redesign Gives Users Entrée to Enhanced Search, Podcast Archive, Multiple Languages and More

July, 17, 2006 -- The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania announced that it has launched a wholly redesigned and integrated version of its award winning business analysis journal, Knowledge@Wharton . Based on the feedback received by some of its over 600,000 subscribers, Knowledge@Wharton has made numerous improvements in its look and usability.

Among its many new features, the new version allows users easy access to its entire network of content, including four language sites, partner university sites and its archive of over 2,000 articles on hundreds of different topics. Other enhancements include highly targeted search, expanded recommendations of related articles and dedicated archive sections for podcasts and special sections.

Editor-in-Chief Mukul Pandya said, “Our team has been fortunate to have such creative -- and justifiably demanding -- readers. With the redesign they should find it easier to locate what they need from across the Knowledge@Wharton Network.”

The changes come as the latest addition to the Knowledge@Wharton Network, India Knowledge@Wharton, is set to go live this fall. The Indian version joins China Knowledge@Wharton (Mandarin), Universia Knowledge@Wharton (Spanish and Portuguese) and the original English language Knowledge@Wharton. In addition, the Network includes academic partner sites at Emory and Arizona State Universities.

All told there are over 600,000 subscribers in 189 countries and more than a million total page views of Knowledge@Wharton.

Recently, Knowledge@Wharton has started offering podcasts and they are now routinely ranked in the top five of all business podcasts listed on iTunes. Podcasts include original interviews with Wharton faculty and business leaders, as well as audio versions of articles narrated by professional readers.
