Undergraduate and MBA education is a core part of the WCAI mission. We plan to develop a Customer Analytics concentration at both the undergraduate and graduate levels, as well as interact with other academic programs at Penn in order to better educate students in the cross-discipline nature of customer analytics.

 

Dedicated student programs allow WCAI to complement the classroom experience with extracurricular activities that enable students to interact with top-ranking industry executives, make connections with alumni and friends of WCAI across industries, and build personal relationships for networking and professional development.  These programs include our Inside the Industry Lecture Series and Executive-in-Residence Series.
