Penn Is Affordable

Penn admits students on the basis of academic and personal accomplishments and without regard to their ability to pay, so applying for aid does not affect your admissions decision. And beginning with the 2009-2010 academic year, Penn has eliminated loans from aid packages for financially eligible dependent students, regardless of family income level. Students have the option to use loans to supplement their aid packages.
