Review and Approval Process

Thank you for following the Wharton brand standards to create strong communications materials for the Wharton School. Please note that some guidelines and standards differ depending on your Wharton affiliation. See "My Guidelines" for information specific to: faculty and staff, students, alumni, and external groups.

WHEN DO I NEED APPROVAL?

We would like to help you implement the brand standards properly. Please review the Checklist and follow the process below.

WHAT IS THE REVIEW PROCESS?

To request a materials review or to schedule an appointment, contact the Publications Office. Please be sure to include your name and contact information and let us know the timeline for your project. If applicable, include a link/attachment to the collateral material being developed. (We recommend that you send this to us before the initial visual is presented to your internal client.)

Feel free to request an "informal review" before you begin to develop materials. A preliminary discussion about your intended use can help to answer questions before any resources are spent.

The Publications review team will respond by e-mail or phone within two working days.
