Using the "ABOUT WHARTON" Text

When possible, please follow these recommendations for placement:

  • In printed materials: The Wharton boilerplate text should be displayed prominently within your publication. If you are producing a brochure, we recommend that this information be placed on the inside front cover. If the printed material is an invitation, the boilerplate text ccan be placed on the back cover.
  • On websites: We recommend that you include this message on the homepage or include a link to it, titled, "About the Wharton School."
  • In correspondence: Integrate the information within the flow of your letter (instead of using the boilerplate as is).
attentionAll communications, including invitations, should include the boilerplate text, with the title, "About the Wharton School." The text should be positioned so that it is noticeable to the reader.

Customizing the "ABOUT WHARTON" Copy

Sometimes you may need to add information about your initiative/program. Include your program-specific description in a second paragraph, as shown in the Executive Education example below.
