Wharton Event Branding 101
- Use the Event Planning Toolkit. It is full of resources to help you plan a Wharton event.
- Follow all brand standards, including those for advertising and merchandising guidelines.
- Student and sponsored events with permission to use the Wharton logo, must follow guidelines – and co-branded banners and materials must be approved in advance. See student and external groups. Use environmental graphics to enhance the presence of your Wharton event. See below for available options.
- Make use of the Event kit to enhance your Wharton event. See Event Branding Kit below for available pre-designed materials.
- Include overview information about Wharton in your event communications ("About Wharton" text). See Branding Tools »
Event Branding Kit
We have pre-designed some key materials used at an event. These include quick screens, table banners, podium banners, and a media background.
We strongly recommend every department order an event kit to have on hand. Contact the appropriate vendor (noted individually in each item below) for inquiries or to order.
Event Branding Material Loan
The Events Team has event branding material for loan, free of charge. We have podium banners, pop up banners, a media wall, and table clothes. If interested please fill out the form below and contact Mary Grace Quackenbush at margrace@wharton.upenn.edu or 215-746-8175.

Downloadable Media Background
A key to generating interest around your event is publicity and coverage. We recommend that you have a Wharton Media Backdrop against which you can conduct media interviews.
Most output facilities are equipped and knowledgeable to help you through production.
