Step One: Getting Started

There is a lot to do before you can have an event, don't get overwhelmed. With the right planning and the event tools provided in this kit your event will be a success!

  1. You should first complete the Pre-Event Questionnaire. This will get you started on assessing your needs as you begin to plan!

  2. Using the information gleaned from the Pre-Event Questionnaire you will be able to pick which size Planning Timeline you will need.

  3. The complete checklist should be used in conjunction with the appropriate timeline; this is a detailed checklist that walks through your entire event by topic.
