Social Impact @ Wharton

Vice Dean Leonard Lodish on the Program for Social Impact.

Dean Thomas Robertson

"Social responsibility is no longer relegated to the relatively small percentage of students who seek to work in the non-profit sector. It has become integrated in our way of thinking at Wharton. Our students now graduate with a deeper sense of social responsibility."

Thomas S. Robertson, Dean of the Wharton School

Social impact thrives at Wharton, both in the curriculum and in the wide range of activities that involve students, administration, alumni, industry and philanthropic organizations. As a business school of unparallelled scale and scope, Wharton is unique in its ability to harness its capabilities to fulfill what it believes are global obligations to social responsibility and economic welfare.
