Accommodations

UPDATE: Hotel space in the Philadelphia region is extremely limited during the Seminars program. Please make hotel arrangements immediately or risk a long commute to the Seminars program. The following are two viable options:

1) Club Quarters — 1628 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, Pa
We signed an agreement with hotel management to hold a limited number of rooms, which we are offering to you on a first come, first serve basis. To reserve a room at Club Quarters, you must call Wharton Communication coordinator, Connie Sellers at 215.746.2826. The rooms will be held until 9/24/09 after which they will NO longer be available.

2) Penn Tower Hotel — located at 34th Street & Civic Center Boulevard in University City section of Philadelphia Tel# 215.387.8333. Please specify when making your arrangements that you are attending a University of Pennsylvania program.

Billing Information

The cost of the program includes tuition, materials, and most meals. We can grant an early registration price of $1495.00 if payment is received by August 1, 2009. If registration and payment is completed after this date, the cost of the program is $1995.00 with a final deadline date of October 1, 2009. All checks are to be made payable to the Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania. Credit Card payments can be done by telephone transaction. Please contact Wharton Communications at 215.898.4159.

Note: Refunds are not possible but tuition may be applied to future sessions.
