LaWanda Morris, WG'07
“The program has far exceeded my expectations. I've been very impressed with the quality of the faculty and their depth of knowledge. The caliber of my classmates is just phenomenal — the knowledge they bring really enhances the learning experience. I had not anticipated how much I would learn from the dialogue and interaction in the classroom.”

Note: Anyone who began or completed an application for May 2008 will not have access to information previously submitted online, as last year’s system has been archived. Please start a new account with a new username and password.
The online application system has been designed to walk you through the required steps, including how to electronically submit your recommendations and essays. Once you've registered and created a password, you can work on your essays and information and save your work over many sessions, then submit your final application. When you apply online, you will be able to track the status of your application electronically. (For details on qualifications and application requirements, see Admissions Process.)
Application System Requirements
This application has been tested for compatibility on Netscape 6 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 and higher, Safari (for Macintosh users), and Mozilla Firefox 1 and higher. Parts of this application may not function properly on other browsers and pop-up blockers should be disabled. Do not use AOL's internal browser. In addition to a compatible browser, you will need a web browser that has Javascript activated and the free Adobe Reader to access certain documents.
Transcripts
Applicants to the Wharton MBA Program for Executives must arrange to have official transcripts sent from their prior academic institutions in time to be received by the February 1 deadline. Transcripts may not be electronically submitted to this program. The Admissions Committee must receive an official transcript before a decision can be made. You can download a Transcript Request Form within the online application system. Note: Do not use the online Transcript Template.
Recommendations
The Admissions Committee requires two recommendations from professional supervisors who are familiar with your work. There are two options for submitting these letters: electronic and paper.
Recommenders with Web access and an e-mail address should submit recommendations electronically. After you have contacted them about providing you a recommendation, complete the Recommendations Request Form on the Recommendations page and check the "Please e-mail this person a recommendation request" beneath each recommender you wish us to contact. If you wish to waive your right to examine a recommendation, check the appropriate box before submitting the request. Your recommenders will be sent e-mail messages with instructions and a Web address to complete your recommendation.
To submit paper-based recommendations, download the Recommendation Form from the Recommendations page in the online system. Print one copy for each recommender, and follow the directions provided on the form.
Essays
All the essay questions have fields large enough for you to answer each question thoroughly. There is no minimum or maximum length required. The equivalent of approximately 1- 3 pages (250-750 words) is a general range. However, you should feel free to write whatever length you feel you need to convey your answer.
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of $180 must accompany your application. This fee, which must be paid by credit card online using a Visa or MasterCard only, is processed through Wharton's secure server using Verisign. You will not see the payment option until you submit your application.
