Executive MBA Program Schedule & Calendar

The program schedule ensures maximum ability to focus on studies with minimal disruption to your work. Our living-and-learning environment — with classrooms, dining, and group meeting spaces — promotes interaction and minimizes distractions. On-campus work is focused into intensive class and study group sessions.

Program Schedule

  • The two-year program begins in late May of the entering year.
  • Classes are held on Friday and Saturday, every other week.
  • Some additional three-day sessions are scheduled over the course of the program.
  • A one-week International Study Seminar abroad is required in Term 2 of the second year.
  • Students graduate with their MBA counterparts in May two years later.
Each year is divided into three terms. Students take approximately 3.5 credit units each term, with a combination of full-semester and half-semester courses. See the Curriculum Structure for more details.
  • Term 1 (Summer): May-August
  • Term 2 (Fall): September-December
  • Term 3 (Spring): January-April
