Employer Information Sessions

Wharton typically hosts more than 150 employer information sessions each year. These presentations allow students to learn more about the culture and opportunities of potential employers and specific industries through presentations by senior managers and recently hired associates.

Interviewing on Campus

MBA Career Management facilitates near 8,000 MBA student interviews annually in up to 70 interviewing rooms on campus and in Philadelphia. Each year, close to 400 companies recruit on or near campus.

There is a 7 day break in first-year core classes during which a large number of companies conduct interviews for summer internships. This Dedicated Interview Period (DIP) helps students minimize the conflict between interviewing and coursework. Wharton's web-based recruiting system allows students to apply to positions, check interview schedules and schedule interviews 24 hours a day.
