Leadership in Action

Conferences

Wharton’s student-organized conferences and events bring to campus a high level of interaction and engagement with global business and government leaders, involving more than 5,000 participants each year.  Through these events, you gain the managerial experience of organizing a high-level event, plus the opportunity to meet business and government leaders from around the globe.

Wharton's student-led conferences are a prime example of the commitment, creativity, and energy of Wharton students. The history of these conferences stretches back over 30 years, from signature events like the Wharton Finance Conference and Global Business Forums to international collaborations, such as Wharton’s hosting of the 2008 Net Impact North America Conference on sustainable business. These marquee events provide a forum for executives, scholars, policy-makers, students, and alumni to explore and challenge ideas related to business, government, and society.
