Reapplication Procedures

If you have submitted an application to Wharton and were not successful, we encourage you to reapply for the next academic year. Reapplications make up approximately 10% of Wharton's applicant pool in any given year. Wharton keeps applications on file for two years, so individuals who reapply within this time period do not need to resubmit transcripts or test scores unless there has been a change in these components. The most important thing is that you demonstrate through essays, subsequent career growth, and/or academic preparation that you are a stronger candidate who will add to the Wharton community.

Please note that you will need to create a new account with a different e-mail address in order to reapply through the online application system.

Reapplicant Essays

All reapplicants to Wharton are required to complete the requisite application essays plus the Optional Essay. Please use this space to explain how you have reflected on the previous decision on your application and to discuss any updates to your candidacy (e.g., changes in your professional life, additional coursework, extracurricular/volunteer engagements). You may also use this section to address any extenuating circumstances. (250 words)
