Students may borrow up to the Student Budget less Expected Student Contributions (ESC). Informaton about student loan programs is available through the public service Finaid website or the External Funding Sources section of the MBA website.

You should plan for increases in tuition and fees for each year of enrollment. However, Pre-Term costs apply only to the first year of the program.

If you are married and/or have dependents, you may face higher costs. If you have extenuating circumstances, you can request a budget reevaluation to borrow funds above the set student budget, but this increase can only be approved for purposes and amounts that fall within guidelines set by the University and federal law.

The following expenses cannot be used to increase the student budget:

  • Credit Card Debt
  • Security Deposits
  • Cell Phones/Internet Service
  • Travel Expenses
  • Furniture
  • Summer Living Expenses
  • Computer Purchases
  • Moving Expenses
  • Car Expenses/Rentals/Parking
  • Entertainment
  • Club Dues and Activity Fees
  • Clothing
  • Job Search - Related Expenses

The Global Immersion Program is an optional offering and therefore not factored into the educational budget.

Employment

You are encouraged to commit yourself to full-time study during the academic year as the curriculum is rigorous and challenging. Teaching and research assistantships may be offered directly through faculty members once you are enrolled.
