Students learn entrepreneurial skills such as product design, consumption chain analysis, and business design optimization

The Optimizing The Business Design module merges attribute mapping with the consumption chain links.

For each link in their own and their competitors’ consumption chains, students provide detailed information about positive, negative, and neutral features. At the end of the module, students have an attribute map for individual consumption chain links.
