REGISTRATION AND BILLING INFORMATION

Students interested in the GIP need to bid for the appropriate section of MGMT 656 in the Spring Elective Course Auction (there will be a section associated with each destination; section numbers are available on the Spring Course List). After the auction ends, students holding a seat will be required to complete the appropriate GIP registration form and return it to the MBA Program Office along with a $2,000 deposit. Checks should be made payable to the University of Pennsylvania. Deposits are required only from students registering for the GIP and are not required from students putting their names on a GIP waitlist. Seats open after the auction will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

The balance of GIP fees will be billed directly through Student Financial Services (SFS) and will appear on the University tuition bill. Please direct any questions regarding final billing to the Student Billing Office at 898-4280.
