Parker Snowe directs all planning, budgetary, and administrative activity of the Wharton School's Global Immersion Program. Working together with Wharton staff and faculty, he ensures the successful implementation of each program's academic, logistical and program features. He has served as GIP coordinator since 1992. In addition to his GIP responsibilities, he coordinates the Wharton School's International Exchange Program and serves as an academic advisor in the MBA Program Office.

After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian Studies from Haverford College and a Master of Arts degree in Soviet and Eastern European Studies from the George Washington University, he spent over six years with the Delphi International Group arranging international professional and technical exchange programs for the United Nations, the U.S. Information Agency, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the International Business School - Moscow.
