Sigal Barsade and Lakshmi Ramarajan
Interview between Sigale Barsade and Lakshmi Ramarjan Sigal Barsade is an associate professor of management, and Lakshmi Ramarajan is a 6th-year doctoral student whose research focus is organizational behavior.

Gerard Cachon and Marcelo Olivares
Gerard Cachon is the Fred Sullivan Professor and professor of Operations and Information Management. Marcelo Olivares, a 2007 graduate of the Wharton doctoral programs, is a new faculty member at Columbia University.

Robert Inman and Erica Johnson
Robert Inman is the Richard King Mellon Professor of Finance, vice dean and director of Wharton's Doctoral Programs, and a senior fellow at the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics. Erica Johnson is a 4th-year doctoral student in the Applied Economics program.
