Dear Wharton MBA Alumni:
I am delighted to invite you to return to campus for Reunion Weekend 2007, May 10-13, and join me in celebrating the graduation anniversaries of classes from graduation years ending in “2” or “7” (WG’02, ’97, ’92, '87, '82, ’77, ’72, ’67, ’62, ’57) as well as the Emeritus Society (1932-1956) and WG'06. It's a great |
way to meet up with your classmates and your professors, and to learn about the many exciting advancements at the Wharton School today.
This year’s program will offer many opportunities to socialize with classmates and to network with hundreds of Wharton alumni from around the world. We’ll hold a class mixer for all MBA alumni and their guests, an afternoon picnic for MBA alumni and their families, as well as special dinners and parties for individual classes. All of these events are designed to give you plenty of chances to swap business cards and war stories, share photos of the kids (or grandkids!), reminisce about old times, and maybe even strike up some new business ventures.
In addition to social events, there will be ample opportunities for you to learn what’s new at the School and to continue to benefit from what Wharton has to offer. I’ll host an informal town hall meeting to share the latest programs and initiatives, and you’ll be able to tour Huntsman Hall, our academic building, which opened in 2002. Reunion Weekend will also feature a range of professional education workshops presented by some of our most notable faculty members, along with our annual resource expo and networking events hosted by several alumni affinity groups. Both the town hall meeting and the professional education workshops are open to Wharton undergraduate alumni as well.
The weekend marks a wonderful occasion for you to renew your pride in being part of the Wharton community. I hope that you will be able to join me, and I look forward to greeting you, your families and classmates at Reunion Weekend 2007.
Sincerely,

Patrick T. Harker
