Reunion of All MBA Program for Executives Alumni and Students

All Wharton MBA Program for Executives (MBAExec: formerly WEMBA) alumni, current students and guests are invited to attend the All-MBAExec reunion on Saturday, May 13, 2006, which will be held at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel from 6:00 pm to 12:00 am. Cocktails will be served from 6:00-7:30 pm in the Millennium Ballroom and dinner and dancing will follow in the Regency Ballroom. 

Please also plan to join the Reunion Weekend 2006 festivities, which includes educational programming, tours of Philadelphia, children's activities, a family barbecue, an all-alumni reception at the World Cafe Live, a jazz brunch and more.

Hotel Information:

Headquarter hotels have been assigned for each reunion class, as well as the All-MBAExec (formerly WEMBA) reunion, to maximize interaction with classmates. You may choose to reserve a room at any hotel with a Wharton Alumni Reunion block, but it is our hope to establish a “home base” for each class.

We have secured a block of rooms at the Philadelphia Loews Hotel and the Marriott for the All-MBAExec reunion. When requesting a room within a block, be sure to say, "WHARTON ALUMNI REUNION BLOCK."

Hotels are holding room blocks for alumni at a special rate on 5/12/06 and 5/13/06 (please note: hotels holding blocks will drop the blocks four to six weeks prior to the event). * Hotels are holding room blocks for alumni on 5/11/06 as well. ** Payment will be charged at the time of reservation. If you need to revise or cancel your reservation at the Sheraton University City Hotel, you must do so before Monday, March 13, 2006. You will receive a refund of your payment minus a $100.00 processing fee for each room reserved. Cancellations after March 13, 2006 will result in full forfeiture of your advanced payment (no exceptions.)

Due to Penn Alumni Weekend and Graduation on the same weekend, we strongly encourage you to book rooms early. Should you need to cancel, many hotels will refund deposits if given sufficient notice, please check your hotel's policy.
