Accommodations
Headquarter hotels have been assigned for each reunion class, as well as the All-MBAExec reunion, to maximize interaction with classmates. Alumni may choose to reserve a room at any hotel, but it is our hope to establish a “home base” for each class.
Below, you will find a listing of area hotels for which we have secured a block for Reunion Weekend. When requesting a room within a block, be sure to say you are with the "WHARTON ALUMNI REUNION BLOCK." Due to Penn Alumni Weekend and Graduation on the same weekend, we strongly encourage you to book rooms early. Should you need to cancel, many hotels will refund deposits if given sufficient notice, please check your hotel's policy.

Hotels are holding room blocks for alumni at a special rate on 5/12/06 and 5/13/06 (please note: hotels holding blocks will drop the blocks four to six weeks prior to the event). * Hotels are holding room blocks for alumni on 5/11/06 as well. ** Payment will be charged at the time of reservation. If you need to revise or cancel your reservation at the Sheraton University City Hotel, you must do so before Monday, March 13, 2006. You will receive a refund of your payment minus a $100.00 processing fee for each room reserved. Cancellations after March 13, 2006 will result in full forfeiture of your advanced payment (no exceptions.) |
