Headquarters Hotel
Headquarters Hotel: Steps away from the Bolshoi theatre and Kremlin, The Marriott Aurora Hotel will serve as the headquarters for the Meeting. All programming on Friday will take place in and around the Aurora. Due to the popularity of the season, our room block has been limited at the Aurora, so please make your reservations early through our registration page .

Other Hotels
While all meeting events will occur at the Marriott Aurora Hotel, we are offering room blocks at several area hotels to give you more pricing and style choices. All hotel reservations must be made directly through our registration page    in order to qualify for our discounted rates. Please note that room blocks are only reserved for May 19-21, 2004.

Visas
Depending on your passport, you may need a visa to enter the Russian Federation. Please check with the nearest relevant authority of the Russian Federation, such as an embassy or consulate.

The Organizing Committee in Moscow will be pleased to provide an invitation letter, which is required to obtain a visa. Simply complete the visa invitation letter section on the Registration form and we will send you an invitation letter within 3 business days.
