Thomas W. Dunfee is Kolodny Professor of Social Responsiblity at Wharton. He served as Vice Dean in charge of the Undergraduate Division, 2000-2003. He is past president of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business and also of the Society for Business Ethics. Tom is co-author of Ties That Bind , published by Harvard Business School Press, 1999.
