Bruce Kogut is Professor of Strategy,INSEAD, and was the Dr. Zandman Professor at the Wharton School and had directed the Reginald H. Jones Center and the Emerging Economies Program. Sponsored by INSEAD, Wharton, and the World Economic Forum, his edited book, Corporate Governance and Capital Flows in the Global Economy (with Peter Cornelius) is published by Oxford University Press. The Global Internet Economy appeared in 2003 by MIT Press. Mr. Kogut completed recently a project for the World Bank reviewing their privatization policies.
