Mr. Pendleton is the co-founder and Principal of the Cairnwood Cooperative Corporation, a family office that manages the affairs of the Pitcairn family, and is a Principal of Cairnwood Group, which manages the family's private global holdings. He created and leads the CCC Alliance, a consortium of wealthy families, founded in 1995. Mr. Pendleton is also President of The Glencairn Foundation. He is a graduate of Lehigh University and the Babson Graduate School of Business, where he was a Sorenson Merit Scholar.
