• Actuarial Consultant for the Health Ministry in connection with the Seguro Popular de Salud (health insurance for all those not covered by a social security institution).
• Formulation of the project for the Regulations for Insured Pension Plans set forth in the Income Tax Law.
• Formulation of the proposal for the pension system's modernization presented by the CONAC.
• Formulation of the Boletin de Observancia Obligatoria para la Valuación Actuarial de Pasivos Contingentes. (Actuarial Standard of Practice for Pension Actuarial Valuations).
• Leadership in the project “Formulation of a New Index for the Mexican Stock Market”.
• Actuarial Consultant in the Labor Contract's bargaining process for Aerovías de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., NCR de México, S.A. , Servicio de Transportes Eléctricos del Distrito Federal, Contrato Ley de los Trabajadores de la Industria Textil del Ramo del Algodón.
