Wharton Alumni Club Website Design Banner Options
Banner Guidelines:
- The author of the images to be used in banners must give explicit approval to use it for
club purposes
- All images must comply with the guidelines included in the Participation Agreement
- Alumni Affairs is responsible only for the design and maintenance of the banner; all other
website images and content design on the club website is the responsibility of the club
administrators

Option 1: Full Image
- Identify image at the indicated size above (or larger)*
- Attach image to an email and send to your regional liason
- Alumni Affairs will create your club banner and replace it in your website
- You will receive an email telling you that your image is ready for review
*Images will be cropped to fit aspect ratio
Option 2: Three Images
- Identify three images at the indicated size above (or larger)*
- Attach image to an email and send to your regional liason
- Alumni Affairs will create your banner and place it in your website
- You will receive an email telling you that your image is ready for review

Option 3: Two Images + Club Logo
- Identify two images and club approved logo at the indicated size above (or larger)*
- Attach image to an email and send to your regional liason
- Alumni Affairs will create your banner and place it in your website
- You will receive an email telling you that your image is ready for review
