The Wharton Club of Chicago’s November 4 cocktail reception featured Chicago Board of Trade CEO Bernie Dan.

The Penn/Wharton Club of Toronto celebrated the season on December 7 with a year-end party at the Ontario Club.

The Wharton Club of New York welcomed Ambassador Jan Eliasson, President of the UN General Assembly, on December 8.

The Wharton Club of Philadelphia took part October 26 in an innovative strategic problem-solving workshop titled "The Art of the Advantage."

The Wharton Club of Houston held a networking lunch November 17.

The Wharton Club of Mexico finished up 2005 with a year-end cocktail party held November 22 at Club de Industriales in Mexico City.

The Wharton Club of Northern California relaxed October 11 during an evening with Bruce Cryer, president and CEO of HeartMath, who spoke about how to transform stress into the power to change performance.

The Wharton Club of Southern California networked with peers from Berkeley, Chicago, Columbia, Darden, Harvard, Kellogg, MIT, Stanford, and UCLA-Anderson during an October 6 evening during a jazz and art event in Laguna Beach.

The Wharton Club of Paris held a joint Wharton-INSEAD Executive Dinner on September 14. Steve Bolze, president of GE Healthcare International, was the featured speaker.

The Wharton Club of Germany/Austria celebrated Oktoberfest a bit early on September 17 with a three-course meal in Munich.

The Wharton Club of India hosted the inaugural Wharton 125 Event—the Wharton Global Alumni Forum in Mumbai January 5-7, 2006.

The Wharton Club of Shanghai hosted David Feldman, Esq., W’82, L’85, Wharton Alumni Association Chairman Emeritus, on September 15. He gave a talk called "Reverse Mergers: An Alternative Liquidity Route for Entrepreneurs and Private Equity Professionals."

The Wharton Club of Australia/New Zealand continued their networking series with drinks in Sydney on the third Thursday of the month.
