Podsiadlo, W'79, has
been named to the board
of directors at American
Capital Strategies Ltd.,
a buyout and mezzanine
fund. Lawrence Lessig,
W'83, wrote an op-ed
article for the New York
Times (11/9/01) regarding
the recent settlement in
the anti-trust suit against
Microsoft. Lessig is a
Professor of Law at the
Stanford Law School.
